14 Park Place is a community of nearly 150 single family homes located in the heart of east Nixa. The nearly 100-acre subdivision is in the highly coveted Nixa School District and central to shopping, restaurants and businesses.
The neighborhood has easy access to Highways 65, 160, and 14. The main entrance is at Highway 14 and Majestic Oak Drive.
The community is rich with diversity of families ranging from young to retirees.
All homeowners are members of the 14 Park Place Property Owners Association governed by the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions of 14 Park Place, as amended and administered by the Board of Directors. Additionally, the Architectural Committee reviews all new home plans as well as any exterior modifications to existing homes to ensure the style and appearance of the community.
